RedClause

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: August 11, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using RedClause, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

RedClause is a browser-based music studio that synthesizes original tracks on your device from the genre, mood, instrument, and production choices you make. This website and its features were built with the assistance of artificial intelligence, and the music is generated algorithmically. The service is provided free of charge and may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time without notice.

3. Your tracks and ownership

Tracks you generate with RedClause are yours. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we claim no ownership over the audio or video you create and export, and you may use it for personal or commercial purposes at your own discretion and risk. Because tracks are produced algorithmically, we cannot guarantee that any particular output is unique to you — identical settings and seed reproduce the same track for anyone.

4. Published links

Publishing a track encodes its composition into a public link. Anyone with the link can play, reproduce, and share that track. Publishing is irreversible in the sense that links you have shared cannot be recalled — only remove them from your own device's published list.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use RedClause to violate any law, to misrepresent generated audio as a recording of a real artist or person, or to attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service in a way that harms other users.

6. Third-party services

Sharing, cloud saving (Google Drive, iCloud Files), and advertising (Google AdSense) are provided by third parties under their own terms. RedClause is not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of those services.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

RedClause is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Audio quality, browser compatibility, and uninterrupted availability are not guaranteed.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedClause and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data stored in your browser.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
